Carbon dioxide as by-product in breweries.Peer-reviewed article

The article deals with the possibility of utilizing carbon dioxide which is formed as a by-product in breweries. The gas should be collected, partially cleaned and stored under low pressure in tanks. It can be used in breweries as a cheap agent to protect beer in the course of racking against oxydation.
